The lost knowledge we need to revive, relearn
Question from the Internet:
“What are some critically important kinds of knowledge which seem to have lost their importance in today’s world?”
The most important knowledge we lost - some indigenous tribes, people still possess, millennia old wisdoms describe - is that Nature is a single, fully integrated, interdependent system and that Humanity is also an integral part of that single system.
Our incessantly growing, intensifying, selfish, individualistic ego made us believe that we are independent, standalone creatures with true free choice, that we can do whatever we want with Nature and with each other.
As a result we can see where we are heading, towards a seemingly inevitable self-destruction behaving like cancer.
Thus it is very important that we relearn that lost knowledge in a way, that we don’t simply understand it - as many people are talking about a global world, global connections, independence, sitting on the same, sinking boat - but we start actually sensing our unbreakable connections and interdependence in a very tangible, “visceral” manner, so we can accept it, implement it against our selfish, egotistic, individualistic inner resistance.
For that we need - and have - a unique, purposeful and highly practical educational method.
