The evolution of the human ego

I am not completely sure what you mean by “community operating system”, but by default, we and our communities are operated by the system called “human ego”.

The selfish, subjective, and exploitative ego is our inner engine, constant, 100% subjective self-calculation based on personal pain/pleasure is our operating software that defines our interconnections and the societies we build.

Human evolution equals the constant growth, intensification of this ego, reaching its peak in our generation where this ego finally shows itself as the all-consuming, self-destructive cancer it truly is.

Thus Natural evolution is now inviting us for a unique ride, through an unprecedented change in human development, by learning how to consciously harness, channel the power of the ego towards positive, constructive, collective goals, purposes using Nature’s integral, interdependent template.

Human beings are the only creatures that have the free, conscious opportunity and ability to go through this dramatic, historic, evolutionary change, by that becoming Nature’s only fully aware, understanding — integrated but independent — observers, partners, justifying our place at the peak of Natural evolution as “truly Human” beings.
