The big picture for 2022

The big picture is what Covid has been trying to teach us, or what we can learn from our inability to understand, let alone handle climate change.

On one hand, we evolved into a globally integrated and fully interdependent world, on the other hand, we can’t abandon, rise above our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric, and individualistic nature, we can’t stop our instinctive thrive to succeed at each other’s and Nature’s expense.

Unless we learn how to adapt ourselves to our integral, global evolutionary conditions and build positive, mutually responsible and mutually complementing interconnections, cooperation — above and against our inherent nature — we will not be able to solve our problems and our collective survival will be more and more in jeopardy.
