The behaviour of human beings – at this stage – resembles cancer
Question from the Internet:
“Do you think that the life of humans on the planet is comparable to the way of life of a colony of bacteria? Do you see a difference?”
When we look at human history and the behaviour of human beings, we are more like viruses or cancer cells, since we excessively spread and consume while destroying our “host” and ourselves in the end.
While nature’s system is a closed, finely balanced and mutually integrated system, where all comprising elements contribute to and keep the general balance and homeostasis that is required for life and optimal development, human beings are not part of that general balance and homeostasis.
We ignore, unaware of or intentionally break that laws of nature in order to stubbornly pursue our human system based on reckless and excessive overconsumption, ruthless and exclusive competition at the expense of others and nature. So we act exactly like cancer and the end result is going to be exactly the same as the result of untreated cancer.
How can we stop and cure this “human cancer?”
First of all, we would need to recognize and accept that we are all born with a cancer-like, inherently self-serving, self-justifying, individualistic and exploitative nature, and that we are all absolutely responsible for the state of the world, not only certain people, nations, cultures or religions.
Only whe we all reached such sensitive and humbling recognition and we also develop a true, disturbing and irrepressible need to change and correct ourselves – feeling and fully understanding that without changing ourselves we simply won’t survive beyond this or the next generation – then we can start a purposeful and methodical self-upgrade and self-developmental process.
And it is specifically such a conscious and purposeful self-change – above and against our inherent nature – that will elevate us to the “truly Human” level of evolution. And then we will be able to find and fulfill our unique and very hight evolutionary Human role and purpose in existence.
Without this, we might disappear from evolution like the dinosaurs, and we won’t even need meteors or other external reasons. We will exterminate ourselves.
