Taking our next evolutionary step forward

Opinion from the Internet about Humanity’s next evolutionary step:

“I agree with you that we have great evolutionary potential if we start changing ourselves consciously. Once we work out how to really manipulate DNA, watch what we can do then. This has only been phase one so far, the best is yet to come.”

I am not sure about what more advanced DNA manipulation can bring us, especially with the present egocentric, subjective, self-serving mindset we treat all our innovations, technological advances.

But basically even with our present DNA we can already start adapting, modulating ourselves to Nature’s integral template — for example looking at how the healthy cells in our bodies cooperate and create a higher, collective consciousness as a result — in order to build an unprecedented, collective human consciousness, intellect and a qualitatively much higher sense of mutual, collective human existence.

We have the method, we have available, positive examples, all we need is the will, the necessity to consciously, voluntarily make the next step of human evolution — similarly to single-cell organisms merging into multi-cell organisms for the clear evolutionary advantage 600million years ago.

But in our case it would be a conscious, voluntary, methodical change, justifying, proving our “Human advantage” in evolution.
