Self-improvement is the goal of Humanity
Question from the Internet:
“Is self-improvement the only goal of humanity?”
Yes, we can say that. On the other hand, we would need to know what this self-improvement, more precisely this special and conscious self-improvement actually means.
We have evolved into a fully and mutually integrated and totally interdependent world within the fully, mutually integrated and totally interdependent Nature. for all intents and purposes we are all but single cells in a closed, integral, living organism.
By default, we all act as “cancer cells”, with a 100% egocentric, subjective and individualistic viewpoint, making all calculations, decisions and actions for our own selfish sake only.
As a result, both individually and collectively we are approaching a point of no return like terminal cancer, seemingly, inevitably self-destructing.
Thus “self-improvement” actually means learning and implementing how we can change our viewpoints and the way we relate to each other and to Nature. We have to build such human interconnection — between individuals and nations — that will resemble and become compatible with nature’s finely balanced mutual integration.
In that way, we won’t only improve our original individual selves, but we also give birth to a new “self”, to an unprecedented collective human “self” or consciousness that provides all of us with access to a qualitatively much higher, Truly Human sense of existence, beyond any presently felt egocentric and subjective limitations.
Now, this is not something we invented, or that comes from any of our arbitrary and misguided ideologies, philosophies or religions. This “self-improvement and a new phase of Human development are obligated by Nature’s deterministic evolutionary plan and by Nature’s strict laws the govern integration and the general balance life depends on.
