Pulled by the Good: A Journey Toward True Human Purpose
At the heart of who we are lies a simple truth: our thoughts, desires, and actions are driven by a selfish pursuit of pleasure and an instinctive flight from pain. In this dance of seeking joy and avoiding suffering, fear of pain often holds the stronger grip, pushing us forward with primal urgency.
If we look honestly at human history or our own lives, we see that change and progress have typically been born from desperation — when our circumstances become unbearable, forcing us to act. This reactive, instinctive development keeps us tethered to an “animate” level of existence, where survival reigns supreme. To rise consciously to our true Human potential, we must transform the fears and pleasures that drive us.
Embracing a Singular Force
The first step is to accept a profound idea: a single, purposeful force governs all of reality, orchestrating every moment to guide us toward our ultimate Human purpose. Though we may not yet sense this force directly, we can embrace it as a theoretical foundation, especially when paired with a practical method that promises to make it tangible and real.
This shift requires us to trade our worldly fears — of loss, pain, or uncertainty — for a new kind of fear: a reverence for this singular force on which our existence depends. Ancient empirical scientists, who have studied this force for millennia, describe it as pure, selfless, unconditional love and bestowal — qualities capable of creating and nurturing life as we observe it in nature.
Breaking Free from Ego
Our default state, obsessed with personal gain and haunted by subjective calculations, traps us in a cycle of suffering and doubt. To escape, we must aspire to embody the “godly, life-affirming” qualities of this singular force. By doing so, we begin to see reality through a lens of love and giving, rather than self-interest.
This journey begins with a bold aspiration: to rise above the fleeting temptations of this world and connect with the absolute love of reality’s source. At first, our motives may remain egoistic — a desire to escape the relentless pressure of pleasure and pain, to secure a higher state for ourselves. We fear losing this connection, this sensation of love tied to the benevolent force sustaining us. Yet even this self-centered fear is a step forward, an acknowledgment that only one force governs reality and that we must become like it to stay connected.
A Shift in Intention
Through a unique method, practiced in a purposeful, mutually committed environment, our intentions begin to evolve. Subtle, invisible forces of nature refine our desires, and our fear transforms. Instead of worrying about our own wellbeing, we start to fear losing our ability to justify the goodness and benevolence of this singular force. Our focus shifts from what we gain to the force itself.
As we grow more attuned to the boundless love radiating from this source — a love that exists solely to guide us toward our purpose — our own love for it awakens. This love reshapes our fear into something selfless. We no longer dread losing the connection for our own sake but for the sake of the force itself. We fear failing to reciprocate its unconditional love, losing our ability to affirm it as reality’s singular, benevolent guide.
In this state, our prayers change. We no longer seek personal reward but the strength to rise above our inherent nature, to embody the life-creating qualities of this force. Our relationship with it deepens into a mutual bond of love and aspiration.
A Predetermined Path
Our Human journey is not a blank slate; it is a fixed arc, like a film with its opening, middle, and final scenes already set. While we cannot change the sequence of states we’ll traverse, we can shape how we experience them. By preparing ourselves in advance, we can hasten their arrival, moving through them with alignment rather than resistance.
Each state holds the potential for “infinity and perfection” — a harmony born of being so attuned to what’s coming that we embrace it fully. Instead of being pushed by external suffering, which arises when we’re unprepared, we engage in an internal struggle of self-correction. Our focus becomes singular: How closely do my qualities mirror those of the singular governing force?
The Exodus from Ego
This journey echoes the symbolic “Exodus from Egypt” — a liberation from the grip of selfish, egoistic desires. In this state, we detach from personal calculations and experience life solely through the qualities of love and bestowal. Nothing else matters but how much we embody these godly traits or how far we still have to go.
This transformation cannot happen alone. Only in the right environment — a collective bound by mutual commitment — can we refine ourselves. Through others, we escape our ego, using their support to exist beyond our original selves. Together, we cultivate a shared desire to transcend selfishness, while recognizing that our own strength will never suffice. In this humbling truth, we awaken a collective prayer, drawing assistance from the singular force guiding us.
Pulled by the Good
This path is about being drawn by the good rather than pushed by the evil. It is about aligning with the force of love and bestowal that animates reality, rather than being driven by fear and pain. As we grow in similarity to this force, our perception shifts. Life ceases to be a series of obstacles and becomes a purposeful journey toward our highest potential.
In this sacred process, we find freedom from the weight of ego and a deeper connection to the source of all life. It is not an easy path, but it is the essence of becoming truly Human — to live not for ourselves alone but in harmony with the singular force of love that creates and sustains everything.
