Providing true happiness to ourselves and others

Question from the Internet:

“How can I provide sustainable happiness to as many people as possible (including myself)?”

In order to provide true, sustainable happiness to ourselves and others, first we need to understand what true happiness is.

It is not the usual individual joy we are brought up to chase. True happiness is a result of positive, mutually responsible, mutually supportive and mutually complementing Human connections.

As in Nature contentment means balance, homeostasis with the environment, we also can’t be happy without reaching balance and homeostasis with our surrounding environment which is within the relationship to other people.

True happiness unfolds when we start relating to each other with “true love" — which is the totally selfless, unconditional fullfilment of the needs, desires of others without any instinctive selfish, subjective calculations.
