Positive examples, positive atmosphere influences people most effectively

“How do you influence others to contribute something good for the community and country?’
Most importantly we can’t influence others coercively, or by admonishing them. Negative tactics can never reach sustainable, positive results, changes.
Influencing works only through positive motivation, through positive examples.
In purposefully organised, conducted environments we can even learn to use such seemingly negative attributes we envy, desire for respect, desire for more in a positively conducive way, pulling, pushing everybody in the environment towards a mutual goal by showing each other constant positive examples, inspiration.
Usually this means some kind of education that people join in willingly and they keep participating as a result of the positive atmosphere, mutual trust, positive emotional impressions.
