Peace through education

In order to maintain a fragile global peace and security — above our inherent diversity, individual and national identity, uniqueness, self-esteem that cannot be suppressed or erased, and despite our instinctive distrust, the animosity which won’t disappear — we need a unique, purposeful and highly practical educational method which can help us learn how to build mutually responsible and mutually complementing connections, cooperation above and against everything that tries to tear us all apart.

So far we never tried to find this balance, the ability to neutralize our inherently egoistic, exploitative, ruthlessly competitive, hateful tendencies. This is why Human history is a chain of inevitably recurring, vicious cycles, building new civilizations after the explosive collapse of the previous one.

The Covid-19 pandemic with its enforced pause, unprecedented several months-long vacuum in the usual self-destructive activity gave us a window of opportunity to break out of this vicious cycle and make adjustments before our own civilization reaches its own “end-game”, explosion. With our vast historic experience — including the mind-boggling, inadequate, uncoordinated, mutually contradicting reactions to the pandemic — we can conclude that something needs to change.

And the above mentioned educational method can help us find the balancing template, example, the force within Nature’s perfect, integral system that can help us act above, against our inherent programming. With this we can break out of instinctive development, starting a brand new, this time conscious phase of Human evolution, building a better, safer, more sustainable Human society together.
