Our individual and collective purpose in Humanity is one and the same

Question from the Internet:

“What is humanity’s ultimate goal as individuals and as a species collective?”

Our individual and collective goal and purpose is one and the same.

In truth, we only “imagine” that we are separate individual beings. We are all part of a single, mutually integrated, and interdependent Human entity or living organism as individual cells.

Our “modern” global reality is already showing us how inevitably and irrevocably interconnected and interdependent we are, but we still ignore and fight this “reality” and try to stubbornly hold onto our egocentric, subjective, and individualistic illusion.

There is a reason why nature’s evolution “programmed” us to believe and sense ourselves as separate and independent individuals. There is a reason why we have all been developed and driven by the human ego that wants everything only for itself while ruthlessly and exclusively competing with others and nature.

It has been this human ego that has driven our incredible cultural, social, and technological development so far, separating us from other developed primates that have been staying virtually unchanged for millions of years.

But this insatiable human ego also drove us to the brink of seemingly inevitable self-destruction with its excessive overconsumption and its success and survival at the expense of everything and everybody else.

This gives us an opportunity and true need to examine how we live, how we behave with each other, and for what goals and purposes we exist for. This specifically gives us the ability to become self-aware, understand the inherent nature we were born with, and learn about the ideal lifestyle and behavior we would need to develop.

Actually, this is the first time we have received the chance to become conscious about ourselves and to switch from a totally blind and instinctive development to a truly Human, conscious, and purposeful development.

Thus, from now on, individual and collective Huyman development will merge together after we all understand that in a globally integrated and totally interdependent Human entity, individual health, survival, and success are inevitably and irrevocably intertwined and depend on the health, survival, and success of the whole.

And our collective Human purpose in nature’s system is to become the system’s only fully conscious, seamlessly integrated, and at the same time independent “inner observers” and equal partners, which we achieve as a result of the seamless integration between us — above and against our inherent nature.
