Our different traits are our best asset, we need to learn how to use them constructively!
Question from the Internet:
“Human population groups can differ on average on important innate behavioral traits. Do you agree, disagree, or do you find this question makes you too uncomfortable to answer without evasions?”
This is natural.
We are all inherently unique individuals, but then there are also traits that assemble certain individuals into families, tribes, classes, casts, and many different groupings.
We can call those traits values, traditions, religions, culture, philosophy or ideology. And same traits can have overlaps of course as one can belong to certain different traits at the same time like nationality, religion, social status, political ideology, etc.
We can’t suppress, erase these traits, instead we need to learn how to build stable, sustainable, peaceful and equal societies above the differences, using the differences to energize, drive the collective development, growth of the society instead of destroying it.
Unfortunately so far the overwhelming leadership principle has been “divide and conquer", using the differences in societies, between groups in a destructive manner. But this “cancer-like", self-destructive development has run its course.
If we keep using it we will self-destruct on a global scale within this generation. The present attempts of creating “homogenous", global Human zombies will not be successful either.
Thus we need to learn, consciously, methodically, how to build societies on top of, despite the vast diversity, differences.
