Question from the Internet:
“Is everyone’s fate predestined?”
Yes. We are all playing out our individual parts in a “cosmic theatre” where all of our moves and life experiences are predetermined one by one.
And it actually does not matter which part we have to play as we are all completely interconnected and all of our actions influence each other, we all turn as cogwheels in this cosmic machinery that is moving, working and progressing towards a perfect final outcome.
We are all puppets in Natural evolution’s magnificent game and process that leads us to that perfect final outcome with or without our consent.
The problem is that we do not know this process we are part of, we do not know the rules of the game, and how and why we have to play the part we were given. As a result, we try to go after our own instinctive desires and calculations and live our lives day to day, guided by running after immediate pleasures and escaping suffering.
And even when we get to hear and learn about the role and purpose Nature determined for us, we try to escape it and resist like foolish children who scream and kick while their parents want to guide them towards a better future.
After all, Nature has been showing us for a while now, that since we live in a fully integrated and interdependent world we need to unite and cooperate above all differences, building positive, mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation against our egocentric and individualistic instincts.
Thus our predetermined personal roles in this game or theatre do not matter at all. We have to learn how and why to play our roles in order to understand and justify this cosmic system we are born into and understand the singularity, the unique intelligence — Nature — that created in and us with it.
We can resist and try to escape as much as we want as long as we want, foolishly believing that we can go against Natural evolution’s relentless move forward. We have a purpose in this system that we will find and fulfil with our without our consent.
But if we willingly start studying the system, its laws and the rules of the game we have to play in order to become what we are destined to become, we can shorten and sweeten the process. Then instead of intolerable suffering, it will be exciting and joyful anticipation that will draw us forward.
This is our only choice, it is the way we will reach our unique evolutionary purpose in Nature. We have no choice in anything else.
