Only a collective mind can give us systemic thinking

Question from the Internet:

“How do I develop systemic thinking?”

In order to develop systemic thinking we have to first become part of the system.

Like in the body for example, a single cell that “believes” it is independent of the body, exists disconnected from the body, can that cell feel the body systematically without the general circulation, communication?!

This is exactly how the inherently individualistic, egocentric Human being feels, thinks in modern Human society.

For systemic thinking we have to go beyond our individualistic, subjective cocoons and enter a unique collective consciousness in a purposefully built network with other people.

In order to research, understand the system we have to mirror it through similarity. One, individual, subjective person can’t contemplate, research a system that is a network of countless elements.

Only the above mentioned collective mind, intelligence — built through mutually self-annulment towards one another with the help of a unique method — can give us true systemic thinking. Otherwise we are only fooling ourselves.

This is why individual leadership, individual excellence — worshipped all around the world — gives us only problems, deeper crisis instead of any positive use.
