Neither capitalism nor communism works, so what social system do we need?!

“Why is it that communism can never work? The point is there with everything being equal, but why does it never succeed in a positive light?”
Communism is a great idea and philosophy, especially in contrast to how raw capitalism creates an unequal society and constant strife. Moreover, the notion of communism is very close to Nature’s finely balanced and mutually integrated system, where each and every element makes calculations only for the general balance and wellbeing of the whole system above and against self-benefit.
Still, as you wrote, in practice, it does not work. And when we try to make it work, after the initial “honeymoon period”, the rulers have to apply increasing pressure and terror to keep people within the communistic system. There are differences based on our cultures and the qualities of different nations, but overall, communism needs oppressive force to keep it going.
This is because communism — giving up personal uniqueness and personal property, accepting working for others while receiving nothing for oneself, making people equal and similar artificially — is against our human nature.
Human nature is inherently individualistic, egocentric, selfish and exploitative. We constantly thrive on accumulating and consuming everything for ourselves; we thrive on ruthless competition and success at the expense of others and we actually enjoy elevating ourselves above others and enjoy the control and exploitation of others.
We might idealize and yearn for a communistic or socialist system when we are at the losing end of capitalism, but when we come to it very soon, we feel and understand that it is against our instincts and desires.
On the other hand, we can see how capitalism — in any shape or form — and hybrid systems that still allow overconsumption and ruthless and exclusive competition destroy humanity and destroy the natural system. If we wanted to survive in Nature’s “communistic system”, we would need to become like nature.
But how can we achieve this without coercion and suppression? How can we harness the raw capitalistic human nature and guide people into a balanced, mutually integrated human society without oppressing competitive spirit and individualistic vigour, inventiveness and entrepreneurship?
After all, we cannot survive without adapting ourselves to Nature’s system; if we continue our aimless and helplessly recurring vicious historical cycles — where we helplessly swing from left to right and then from right to left again — we will soon self-destruct.
This is why we need a unique, purposeful and practical educational method that can help us understand and feel who we are, what system we exist in and how inevitably interdependent we are. Then we can gradually learn how to willingly and consciously use and harness all of our individual qualities and aspirations, all our talents and dreams towards the wellbeing and most optimal situation of the whole collective.
We can build a Nature-like, finely balanced and mutually integrated society where each and every person can find their most useful, mutually responsible and mutually complementing role while justly and proportionately receiving everything they need and deserve in order to maintain that crucially important mutual contribution towards the collective.
There is a way to integrate the raw capitalistic human being into nature’s communistic system without coercion and misleading propaganda, allowing people to willingly and consciously join it by seeing without any doubt that such a system is in accordance with Nature’s laws — is in their best interest.
