Natural “birth control”

Question from the Internet:

“What will be the challenges in limiting the human population growth?”

Nothing that is done coercively or by misleading propaganda will bring positive, sustainable results.

This is what we can definitely learn from history if we want to learn anything.

WE usually come with some arbitrary, subjective recognition and then create some arbitrary laws based on them, and then we try to convince or force people to follow our arbitrary laws created on the basis of misguided, arbitrary recognitions, conclusions, and then the whole thing explodes in our face.

There have been many experiments already trying to control, limit human population growth, each ending in terrible failure, like for example China’s “one-child policy” lately.

Human beings are not robots you can program. Human beings are conscious, sentient creatures. They will act, follow when they feel like it when they understand that the changes they need to perform are for their own best interest, clear benefit.

But first of all, we would need to understand the Natural system we exist in, what our true necessities are, what available resources are, and then we can adjust our lifestyle accordingly.

At the moment we assume that 8 billion people is too much, although also know from research that the human population will peak shortly, and then it will start to nosedive and settle at a lower level in a few generations.

We also know that apart from the number of people existing, our “footprint”, our personal and collective consumption is way above our actual necessities, we recklessly and excessively accumulate everything for ourselves and our waste is “through the roof”, we change, replace products, gadgets frequently when we could use them for much longer and with our pollution we destroy Nature.

Thus instead of focusing on the number of people living on the planet, we would need to learn Nature’s strict laws that sustain, govern the general balance and homeostasis in Nature life depends on, we would need to adjust our production, consumption accordingly so we remain within the optimal parameters of natural necessities and available resources.

As we become gradually more and more similar to Nature in our lifestyle and behavior, we will start to understand Nature through the similarity. Then we will also not only understand but feel how much children are “natural” useful, manageable and thus we will achieve a “natural birth control” as everybody will feel how many children they can bring up and sustain according to their natural necessities and available resources.

Of course, this process can be vastly hastened through the right “Integral Education” helping people to understand and feel Nature’s laws through their mutual connection with each other. Then this education can help us change, upgrade our lives naturally without coercion or misleading propaganda.

And of course, through such positive, natural changes, development we will solve all other problems we are facing today, which all originate from our incompatibility with the fully integrated, interdependent, finely balanced Natural system.
