Measuring the worth of an individual in human society

Question from the Internet:

“Does the human person’s worth depend on his/her achievements?”

We are a single species in Nature.

As we are born from and still exist in, evolve with Nature’s fully integrated system, human existence is also collective, integral, we are also completely interdependent as any other parts, elements of Nature.

Asa result a person’s worth cannot be measured in and of itself, by one’s own achievements, by one’s own qualities, talents.

In a fully integrated and interdependent world, each individuals’ worth is measured according to one’s positive — or negative — influence on, contribution to the whole, global Human society which is a single living organism.

Just like in our own biological body, when a body part, an organ is sick, that influences the whole body and can lead to a significant disease of the whole, in human society any problem with any individual will lead to the disease of the whole society — even if we do not feel this directly right now.

We need a special, purposeful, and practical educational method that can help us understand, moreover feel our total interdependence on each other and also help us understand and feel what we lose and what we gain according to how we interconnect and cooperate with each other like cells in a single body.

Then we can also learn and implement how to establish and maintain the right interconnections, interactions between us to create and sustain a completely different, qualitatively much higher, collective sense of existence between us.
