Living in a society of bullies

Question from the Internet:

“How does society create an enabling environment for bullies to thrive?”

Society is enabling bullies because inside we are all “bullies”.

We are all born with an inherently selfish, subjective, individualistic nature that thrives on ruthless competition, success at the expense of others.

We even conned Natural evolution as the “survival of the fittest” which we interpret as the “survival of the strongest bully”.

We are all the same, but there are great differences in how much we are willing to sacrifice ourselves and others for whatever we want. This renders human society along a pyramid model, with the most selfish, egoistic, strongest bullies on top, the rest under them in every respect.

The solution is only in changing, upgrading ourselves, how we behave, and relate to each other.

You could ask, why would those strongest bullies, ruling all, would change?

Because this human society — that is opposite to, totally incompatible with Nature’s carefully integrated and interdependent system — is collapsing, sinking under the perpetual ever-growing crisis situations. We can’t solve problems and survive without positive, constructive, mutually responsible, mutually complementing cooperation.

Thus we will all change this way or that way, either wisely, proactively, or by the pressure from increasing, finally intolerable suffering.
