Is the youth truly lacking interest?

Question from the Internet:

“How do we repair the lack of interest our youth has?”

I do not think that we need to “repair” the youth, instead, we need to give them the right education.

The youth is “lacking interest” in what we are interested in, the previous and present generations. They are not interested in aimless, excessive consumerism, accumulating resources, profit, wealth just for the sake of it without any overall purpose.

They are not interested in conquering, defeating, changing everything — again without any obvious purpose. They are not interested in well-paying, high-powered jobs — that are gradually disappearing anyway — they are not interested in controlling, ruling over others for fame, legacy, as again, what is the purpose?

They are increasingly interested in something previous and present generations are not interested in: the meaning, purpose of life, why do we live, why are we called Human?

Thus instead of holding onto our completely aimless, self-destructive life wanting our kids to do the same, we would need to try to give them the right, practical education that can give them explanations and direction towards the purpose of Human life in reality.

Without it, we do not have the right to exist and we will self-destruct with our artificial, useless, aimless activities, since we reject the unique role, purpose Nature’s evolution has predetermined for us.
