Is life worth living?!
Question from the internet:
“How can I convince someone — on a philosophical level, not specific to the individual — that life is worth living?”
I am not sure that “philosophical level” is enough in our times.
We are emotional beings, we need to feel that it is worth living, pondering it theoretically will not help.
This is why it is very important that, first of all, we all understand what “Human life” is all about, how a “truly Human” life is possible only together, through positive, mutually responsible and mutually complementing interconnections, cooperation. Otherwise, we have no right to exist in Nature’s fully integrated, interdependent system.
In order to help us, we need a unique, purposeful, and highly practical educational method that besides helping us understand the above, also gives us almost immediate, tangible, very realistic emotional impressions about our inevitable interdependence and what we gain by building the above-mentioned interconnections, cooperation.
Only when people start sensing the qualitatively much higher, incomparable sense of collective existence will they agree that life is worth living, compared to the limited, distorted, waning “life” we are experiencing now, locked into our inherently egocentric, subjective, individualistic bubbles sensing mostly suffering in life.
