Inherent Human nature and an all-inclusive Human society

“What are the most glaring flaws in human nature and do these flaws make ever achieving a truly great and all inclusive society impossible?”
We are all born with an inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and subjective nature. If we are not aware of this yet, we simply didn’t encounter such dramatic, sharp situations in life when our true “colors" would surface.
As a result of this nature we all thrive towards ruthless competition, raising ourselves above others, succeeding at each other’s expense.
This is why we keep failing in our attempts to build integrated, all-inclusive societies with positive, sustainable, mutually responsible and mutually complementing cooperation.
We are not responsible for our original nature, we are neither sinful, nor evil. Nature’s evolution “created" us this way.
This is purposeful from the side of evolution.
As a result of our inherent nature that is opposite to, incompatible with Nature’s integral system, sooner or later — either through intolerable suffering or wise, conscious recognition — we will recognize the need to change ourselves and adapt ourselves to Nature’s fully integrated system and evolution’s overall direction. Otherwise we will self-destruct even within this generation.
This conscious self-change, becoming compatible with Nature through our own efforts will make us “truly Human" brings, similar to Nature above, against our original instincts, behaviour, justifying our place at the peak of Natural evolution.
