In order to find solutions, we need to understand the problem
Questions from the Internet:
“How do we build solutions for problems?”
We build solutions based on our understanding of problems. Without a sound understanding of a problem and all of its root causes and the cause and effect processes leading to a problem, our “solutions” are only folling ourselves and lead to even greater problems.
And this is basically the state of our world. We keep promoting and implementing “solutions” without any comprehension of the actual problem. We keep tweaking the world, society and other people around us, we keep trying to shape the Natural system to “our liking” and to serve our inherently egocentric and subjective “needs”. And we get the world we have, which is self-destructive, crisis-ridden and collapsing as we speak.
And despite the “writing being on the wall”, we still stubbornly try to same, already failed “solutions”, proudly marching ahead into the abyss.
We instinctively ignore the root cause, we instinctively avoid “looking in the right places”, because the root cause of the problems threatening humanity is within us. In order to find true solutions, we would need to change and further develop ourselves. Instead of our inherently self-centered, self-serving and self-justifying individualism we would need to switch to selfless and unconditional service of others and the whole system like healthy cells in a single, living organism.
We are the problem, so the solution is fundamentally changing ourselves – each person changing oneself instead of blaming, correcting or destroying others.
