In a “Nature-like”, integral society all are equal — regardless of their individual abilities, unique roles

“What are the implications if all human population groups do not have identical average levels of innate intelligence?”
In an ideal, Nature-like, integral Human society this is not a problem. It is a problem only in the present, egotistic society which is built on exploiting each other.
If the society is built like our Human body for example, very different cells, organs, subsystems mutually complementing each other, each focusing on the well-being, optimal development of the whole “body”/system - regardless of their innate differences - then reach performs their most optimal role while receiving exactly what the deserve, need to perform that optimal role for the whole.
Then some perform the intellectual work while others do physical work for example.
From the whole collective’s point of view they all have equal importance, as in Nature’s integral systems perfection, most optimal function is not possible without either of the parts and their contribution - regardless of their size of the role they perform.
