Untrained to lead in a Global World

Let us be realistic. If I was already the President or any of the world leaders, political class right now, I could not make any positive, helpful decisions that could avert the forthcoming disaster.

These people grew out of a system that is like a dinosaur, which is not adjusted to our new, completely global, integral, interdependent evolutionary conditions.

They can think only in an individualistic, egocentric, nationalistic way, competing, succeeding, surviving against others, both individually and nationally.

This is not their fault, this is how they are “programmed”. In fact, nobody is capable of viewing the world as a single system, where each and every person, nation depends on the others, where mutual responsibility, making calculations for the whole system above the individual, national calculations is a must for survival — after all, we are all sitting on the same, sinking, global boat.

Thus we all need a completely new education, information exchange, practical method that can make us all understand, moreover, feel what it men’s to live in an interdependent system where we either all survive or we all perish. Until at least a healthy, active minority — a critical mass that is said to be about 10–15% of a given population, society — reaches this understanding and realistic, tangible sense, it will not matter what we do, we will continue sinking and self-destroying our system.

Now let us go back to the question after this introduction.

Economy

If I was a leader that is already well educated in the global, integral nature of our world, I would immediately organize a transitional UBI for those who will inevitably lose their jobs in the forthcoming weeks, months — which will mean billions of people worldwide. At the same time I would adjust — with global cooperation — all production and consumption to basic, healthy, normal, natural Human necessities, so people all over the world could survive.

Then the economy would need to be adjusted in a way that all people could find some activity, a useful, mutual contribution with which they feel part of the “team”, sensing that their contribution is necessary for the whole collective, as such a sense is a fundamental part of us feeling as Human. Then the UBI system could be replaced with a proportional fair salary system where everybody receives their salary according to their mutually complementing contribution in a way that the basic necessities can be secured effortlessly.

Governance

At the same time, the governing system needs to be reorganized, with the immediate removal of the self-serving, utterly harmful political party system, returning to independent public representation, where the representatives are not career politicians but normal people with normal lives who for a limited, previously agreed period of time become public servants to represent their smaller circles in a concentric, circular way to a national representative body.

Global issues

Similarly, a completely different global governing body is also set up, for global issues, for helping to tackle and prevent global problems which will gradually lessen, even disappear if the new system works as it should with the help of the proper education, media influence which all serves the new global, integral system without any bias, paid propaganda.

Dictated by Nature’s laws

This is a gradual process of course, and it depends on reaching that positive, willing, critical mass as mentioned before. Most importantly we all need to understand — which will greatly help us along the way — that these changes are not mandated by political ideology, individual philosophy, religion, or mysticism. It is obligated to us by Nature’s iron laws, the plan of evolution which relentlessly drives the whole system — including Humanity — towards complete, most optimal integration.
