Generally they say it comes with experience.
But in truth it depends more on the right upbringing, education which can give people the methodology, tools and the skills to build the right environment, where they can research, find and fulfill their unique role, purpose in Human society.
Only through that role can we understand life, its meaning, what we are supposed to do with the incredible chance we r received when we were born.
