How to turn society into a positive, nourishing Human incubator?

Question from the Internet:

“How has society formed and transformed the human person?”

There is a very unique relationship between individuals and society.

On one hand, it is the society that shapes the person, acting as a human incubator, providing our values, goals, inspirations, all the “bandwagons”, “viral influences” that determine our desires, development.

On the other hand, society is made up of individuals, thus we are all building blocks, influencers of this human incubator.

While we are all instinctively, blindly following our inherently self-serving, self-justifying nature, while we all make only objective, egotistic calculations based on our introverted “pleasure/pain” software, we build the self-destructive human civilizations that are based on succeeding at each other’s and Nature’s expense, providing us with the helplessly recurring, vicious history and individual life cycles.

But we can snap out of these blind cycles and start consciously, purposefully, methodically building very different human societies, based on nature’s integral template.

Then we can all become conscious, active building blocks of a Natural human incubator, which becomes capable of bringing up, shaping, developing “truly Human” beings, that are similar to Nature’s perfectly balanced integral system above and against their inherent nature.
