Question from the Internet:

“Are we in the age of anxiety because of everything going on in the world, and what can we do about it?”

We are in the “age of anxiety” because we are standing at unprecedented crossroads.

Masses of people feel and actually see that we cannot continue our existence as we have been. We have a vast amount of historic and contemporary experience to fully see and comprehend that we are simply desperately helpless in understanding let alone solving the mounting global problems that are threatening our existence.

While leaders and the so-called experts stubbornly and blindly try the same failed methods and “solutions” we used before, those who are not directly involved and invested in the power and wealth that enslaves the leaders and the elite to desperately try to hold onto the status quo can see that we need to change.

But we do not know what and how to change and when we already start to sense that, first of all, we need to change ourselves, this only increases our anxiety.

Thus our anxiety is multi-fold: we see that we are seemingly inevitable sliding towards an abyss, but we do not know how to prevent this and even if there seems to be a solution that solution means changing ourselves and how we live and changing ourselves and trying something new is the most difficult.

We can dampen and even resolve this anxiety through the right, purposeful and practical educational approach. With the right method, we can help people understand even “viscerally” feel that what we are going through is necessary for our human development. We can safely and without any doubt recognize the root causes of the evolving crisis and at the same time, we can immediately also receive the remedy, the practical solution for the root cause.

We can learn and feel how and why our inherent nature is incompatible with Nature’s strict and unforgiving laws that sustain the general balance and homeostasis life depends on, and we can also learn how to become compatible with those laws.

In the end, we can take our own future development and with it our destiny into our own hands becoming not only the masters of our own fate but also the conscious, independent observers and equal partners with Nature’s system.
