How to cope with the ever-intensifying changes around us?

Question from the Internet:

“Why do things change, and how do I deal with these changes?”

We exist in Nature lawful system that constantly changes and develops according to a deterministic evolutionary plan.

Moreover, our actual “matter”, our engine that drives us, which is an insatiable desire for existence, survival and fulfilling ourselves with pleasures, is also constantly developing. This desire in us that fuels our existence is becoming ever-greater, ever more intense and complex.

While even a few generations ago, people were hoping and fighting to fulfil their basic necessities, and the expected lifespan was 30–40 years, today, most of humanity has much more than we need and still, we keep on producing and consuming more and more obsolete and even harmful things to satiate our insatiable desire for more somehow.

Our biggest problem is that the constant evolution of our selfish and egocentric desires do not follow the trend of how Nature develops. While Nature becomes constantly more mutually integrated as a single living organism above and despite diversity, we are becoming more and more like cancer cells, consuming and destroying everything in our path.

As a result, we are sinking into an ever-deepening whirlpool of crises.

Thus if we want to understand and cope with the constant changes, we would need to study and understand ourselves, the Natural system we exist in and how we need to adapt ourselves to Nature’s evolutionary process toward our unique, very high evolutionary Human purpose.
