How to become mutually responsible?!

Question from the Internet:

“How does every rule and regulation help us become responsible individuals? Can we live without all of it?”

It is becoming every clearer — especially through the pandemic — that none of our rules, regulations can help us to become responsible, especially mutually responsible individuals, as our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, subjective ego always overcomes us, distorting, corrupting whatever we do.
In order to become mutually responsible, mutually complementing individuals — without which there is no problem-solving, collective survival in a globally interdependent world — we have to learn how to act above, against instinctive self-interest.
This requires a unique educational method that can not only teach this concept, but can also help us tangibly feel our interdependence and how much better off we are when we decide and act together as a single “organism" with a collective intellect. Only such education can help us change ourselves without coercion, without misleading propaganda.
