How can we make the human ego from destructive to constructive?

Question from the Internet:

“What is a destructive organization?”

A human being is a destructive organization, as we are all born with a destructive/self-destructive, cancer-like, inherently egocentric, subjective, and individualistic nature.

We all thrive for personal survival, personal success at the expense of others — knowingly, unknowingly. As a result, everything we have ever built through human history and today is also all destructive, as everything we have serves only the exploitative, selfish ego.

So it does not matter what we preach, what beautiful philosophies, ideologies we “put on our flags”, when it comes to practical implementation all our ideologies, systems turn corrupt, oppressive, exploitative, a most selfish, egoistic minority ruling over, exploiting the less selfish, egoistic masses.

We are neither evil nor sinful, this is the nature, inner program Nature’s evolution created us. Without the insatiable human ego, we would have never developed to where we are. On the other hand, if we do not recognize that the human ego in its instinctive form will drive us to self-destruction — and in our generation, we are very close — we will not survive.

Fortunately, human beings besides being self-destructive, also have the capability to recognize this, moreover, we have the ability to initiate self-changes, self-upgrade, as we can learn how to harness, channel the otherwise indestructible, irrepressible human ego towards positive, constructive, collective purposes.

Then from self-destructive “human cancer,” we can become Nature’s only purposefully, consciously integrated, benevolent observers and partners, fulfilling our predetermined, evolutionary Human purpose in Nature.
