How can we make a positive impact on the world?

Question from the Internet:

“What are the most impactful ways to contribute to society and make a positive difference in the world?”

When we are speaking about something being “positive,” this also means that we measure that something against some standard or goal. Without an overall “gold standard” or goal, we cannot measure things and decide if something is positive or not, successful or not.

So when we want to make a positive impact on the world, when we want to correct the world or change something for the better, we need to know what the purpose of the world is and in which direction we need to develop.

Humanity has been trying to find directions, future plans, and different purposes throughout our history. And while these plans, purposes, and direction keep changing, our situation and our future prospects actually constantly get worse.

Today we reached a point where we are not only not looking forward to the future, but we fear it. Many people consider bringing children or grandchildren into this world a crime, considering the life they would live.

So how could we make a positive impact in this world, compared to what purpose or direction do we need to measure ourselves to be successful?

We do not actually have to invent anything.

The “gold standard” direction and final goal of life — for the whole Universe and human beings in it — and the stages leading to that final goal are already predetermined by Nature’s evolution.

We exist in a closed, lawful, and deterministic system that is progressing according to a relentless and unchanging plan that is governed by strict and unforgiving laws of Nature.

Our human task is not to invent, create or change anything; we do not need to destroy and rebuild societies and civilizations all the time. We do not need to and must not change, correct others and manipulate the world according to our inherently egocentric, subjective, and exploitative minds and perceptions of reality.

Our task is to humbly, willingly, and consciously learn and accept the plan of evolution and our own unique evolutionary role and purpose in it. Then we need to also learn how to proactively harness Nature’s developmental forces so we can willingly and consciously adapt ourselves to the relentless and unchanging flow of development.

Our only truly free choice is to become conscious and willing partners with nature in developing and correcting the world. We are the only parts and elements in the Universe with this ability to become willing and conscious participants in the process of life creation and optimal development.

And when we proactively and in advance choose to do exactly what the system expects us to do, but doing this without waiting for brutal developing forces to push us through the inevitable states, we tangibly and realistically feel that we design and govern the system.

The greatest and most positive impact we can make in society is by publicizing and propagating this unique method of human development, teaching people their inevitable and obligatory role in Nature and how they can achieve it in a pleasant and fully aware manner.
