How can we help the feeling of being left alone?

Question from the Internet:

“Why is nobody there for me through everything, anything, all things, something, whatever, every little thing, all my problems, every problem, every of my problem, all situations and every situation, and why does nobody do anything about it at all?”

First of all, I am sorry for you feeling left alone with all of your problems.

Unfortunately, it is becoming a general feeling for many, as most people retreat into their own corners and fortresses, each only focusing on themselves, only reaching out towards others when they need something for themselves.

This is how our inherent nature drives us.

As a result, in our generation, we have become humanity with 8 billion separated parts that each tries to survive and succeed on their own, most of the time, at the expense of others.

At the same time, we developed into a globally integrated and interdependent world where we all need each other to survive and succeed.

Only when we learn how to exist and behave through positive and sustainable, mutually responsible and mutually complementing integration can we solve our problems and continue surviving.

In relation to your personal situation, all I can advise is to try building around yourself a closed, mutually supportive and mutually complementing group or environment from like-minded people.

Especially if you have the right, common goals and a proper method of building connections, then you will be able to feel how much mutual support and mutual responsibility is the only way to live.

In such environments, we will feel how much to the extent we care for and look after others; they will also inevitably care for and look after us.
