How can we end all conflicts, when we are born for conflicts?

As with every problem, in order to truly solve a problem, first, we have to identify the root cause and remedy that root cause.
The root cause of all conflicts in our individual and collective lives — both through history and today — is the inherently self-serving, self-justifying, subjective, and individualistic nature that drives all of us.
Knowingly or unknowingly, whether we accept this diagnosis or not, we all, constantly succeed and survive at the expense of others as this is how we are programmed by birth. This also means that we are not responsible for this inner program, we are neither sinful nor evil.
The problem is that even if we identify this root cause — and many identified it, tried to “cure” this through history — we also know by now that we cannot suppress or erase our inherently all-powerful egos as then it will just rebound even stronger.
The different methods of ego-suppression, self-restriction work only for people with very undeveloped, minuscule egos, but such methods are not suitable for most of us. And even people, nations, cultures that still have undeveloped egos will continue to develop, as human development equals the constant growth, intensification of the ego.
So the true remedy against the ego is not suppressing, erasing it, but learning how to use, harness, channel this extremely strong driving force towards positive, constructive, mutually responsible and mutually complementing collective goals, purpose.
This will make us truly Human beings, harnessing the ego, leading, complementing it with newly acquired “anti-egoistic”, “Natural” intentions, inclinations we can learn from Nature’s perfectly balanced, integral system.
Only Human beings are capable of this special duality, learning to love over existing hate, learning to interconnect above and against forces of separation, rejection, pledging to unconditionally serve each other despite constant distrust, animosity, and increasing diversity.
For this, we need a unique, purposeful, and practical educational method which is available, ready, and free to use.
