How can we build a single Human entity above and despite our individual and national differences?

Question from the Internet:

“Do you believe one day we will no longer be separated by nations and culture or will we forever be divided by our own independent ideologies?”

On one hand, our unique individual and national, cultural differences will remain sharp and even grow, on the other hand, despite and above those differences we will learn how to build a single, mutually integrated and mutually complementing Human “super-organism” that will take its unique integral place in nature’s system.

Our individual and national uniqueness, our traditions and our cultures are part of our DNA. Even if we do not sense them as important when others try to suppress or erase our uniqueness and identity we immediately feel resistance and a violent rebound reaction to that.

We need these identifications and all the special characteristics that identify us, otherwise, we would not know who we are and what our unique, irreplaceable roles and functions would be in the complete, integrated system to which we all belong.

But instead of using our unique singularity to control others, to try to manipulate and exploit others for our own selfish advantages — as we have been behaving for millennia — we need to learn and implement how our unique singularity can contribute to the well-being and most optimal development of the whole.

In truth, we are all but separate parts of a single whole, like individual cells of the same body according to Nature’s laws of integration and according to evolution’s relentless drive towards the most optimal integration of the extremely diverse natural system. But evolution also gave us a special, uniquely human sense of subjective and egocentric individuality, so we could learn and implement our inevitable, Nature-like mutual integration consciously, purposefully by our own efforts.

So while Nature is already firing us into a globally integrated and interdependent world, we need to proactively, willingly and consciously change our worldview and attitude towards each other, so we willingly, by our own efforts — above and against our instincts — become parts of that single Human whole.

It is this conscious and proactive integration with each other and through it our integration with nature’s system that will make us “truly Human”, the peak of Natural evolution, as Nature’s only fully conscious, seamlessly integrated but at the same time independent observers and partners.
