How can we attain true knowledge and wisdom?

Question from the Internet:

“What are the differences between the methods of acquiring knowledge?”

The most important question regarding acquiring knowledge is for what purpose and for whose sake we acquire knowledge.

The usual acquisition of knowledge is 100% subjective, egocentric, self-serving and self-justifying. We “upload” information into our brain in order to get a good job, to become successful in whatever we do, to prove ourselves more clever, better and more powerful than others and of course to gain greater wealth and greater control over our lives and over others.

This usual acquisition of knowledge is actually very limited as we filter from the actually available knowledge and wisdom around us only what interests us and what we can use to achieve our limited and “mundane” goals and fulfilment.

The much higher quality and true acquisition of knowledge is when we want to “upload” information and gain experience in order to help, serve and fulfil others in any way we can. In this case, our scope is unlimited since what we need is not focused on our own, very simple, subjective and distorted goals and aspirations, as we are not working only with our own desires, goals and dreams.

In this case, we are working with the virtually unlimited desires, goals and dreams of everybody else. So when we acquire and pass on knowledge, wisdom and support to others, we actually and tangibly flow all the available knowledge and wisdom of reality through us to others.

This way we acquire true and objective attainment of the whole Universe without any subjective and egocentric limitations. This is something we can’t even imagine let alone comprehend in our original state when we are locked into ourselves and see, feel and understand only what our “self” is interested in. The moment we learn how to escape our dark and distorted bubbles and start existing and acting for the sake of others, we unlock our true potential and attain everything that is possible to attain.
