Group dynamics first, individual skills after
Question from the Internet:
“What should I master first, group dynamics, or individual skills?”
This is an extremely important question for our global era!
In order to understand the answer, first, we need to understand and accept that we evolved into a globally integrated, interdependent world where we are all but individual cells or cogwheels in the global system.
This step in development was inevitable, as only this way can Humanity finally achieve similarity and compatibility with Nature’s fully integrated and interdependent system.
So, first of all, we need to learn, master group dynamics, how and what way we can, have to integrate among others. To make that process possible we need to learn “group dynamics”, mutually responsible and mutually complementing integration in smaller, purposeful, and methodically organized groups.
Only when we learn, understand our most optimal “cogwheel role” among others, then can we start honing, refining our individual skills to make the most suited for fulfilling that cogwheel role.
This is what a unique, purposeful, and highly practical “Integral Education” can give us.
