Going back, or going forward to “Normal”?!

What is “normal”?

The pandemic will help us to “go back” to normal, more precisely to go forward to normal.

How we used to live before the pandemic was not normal at all, it was completely abnormal, unhealthy, unnatural.

We lived an inhumane life, built on, measured by material possession, material wealth, celebrity status completely ignoring the notions — Human connections, happiness, the meaning of life — that makes us Human.

We lived according to excessive overproduction, overconsumption, accumulating unserviceable debt all across the board, trying to survive at each other’s expense with open and concealed, modern slavery. We made ourselves increasingly more unhappy, empty, depressed, hopeless, detached, and angry while destroying the planet that gives us life.

Nobody in their right mind would consider this normal or would want to return to if given the chance.

Choosing to go forward to “normal” — as Nature defines it

And it is exactly this chance that we received from the pandemic and the unfolding crisis that will wipe out all the excesses, surplus, unnecessary activities, creating a clean slate in which we can rebuild Humanity on new foundations, new values, goals.

This is when we would need to define what truly “normal” is?

And the only objective, absolute standard we can find for it — even with our inherently egocentric, subjective perception, consciousness — is Nature’s integral system, where each and every element cooperates in a mutually responsible and mutually complementing way while existing according to natural necessities, and available resources.

So it is this normal that we need to “return” to, progress towards to through a unique, purposeful, and practical educational method.
