Question from the Internet:

“How can society overcome the intercultural/interethnic communication challenges to benefit from intercultural/interethnic diversity truly?”

This overcoming is possible through the right, purposeful and practical education.

Through such education, first of all,” we can understand and accept that we are all inherently diverse and different and that such unique individual, national or cultural differences are impossible to suppress or erase.

At the same time, we also need to understand, accept, and tangibly feel that we have evolved into a globally integrated world where we all depend on each other for our basic necessities — not to mention peace and optimal human development.

When we have already accepted and felt our vast diversity and that we cannot do anything against it, and we also understand and feel our total interdependence, then we can start learning how to build “Nature-like”, finely balanced mutual integration above everything that separates us from each other.

Then we can learn how to build positive, constructive, mutually responsible, and mutually complementing interconnections and cooperation so that even our diversity and differences become crucially important elements of creating a vibrant, living and working human mosaic resembling the general system of Nature.

All we need to do is change our usual, arbitrary, baseless and self-serving human ideologies, philosophies and religions to Nature’s perfectly harmonious template as the new blueprint for building human interconnections and society.
