Everything starts with a smile — even under the mask

Question from the Internet:

“Why is it important to smile more often even with masks during this pandemic?”

Smiling — even under the mask — is important and it is a good start. After all the only solution for our increasingly worsening crisis situations, against the mounting global problems we have no answer for is building unprecedented, positive, mutually responsible and mutually complementing interconnections and cooperation with each other.

Regardless of what we think about ourselves following our inherently egocentric, subjective, individualistic mindset, Nature treats us as a single entity, a single, fully integrated species, and the natural system expects us to behave that way.

Our present civilizational dead-end is the result of humanity going against Nature’s strict laws that sustain the balance and homeostasis life and optimal development depends on. Thus without consciously, methodically building “Nature-like” integration, mutual cooperation — above and against our inherent nature — we will not be able to survive!

Thus starting with such simple actions as “smiling”, trying to think positively about others, projecting a positive, accepting attitude towards others — even if at the same time inside we feel criticism, negative judgment, distrust, or even mutual hate — is the start of the process of learning how to act above, outside of our instinctive reactions, program.

By “play-acting” positive relations towards others despite feeling the opposite inside we awaken, activate a unique, previously unfelt “natural” program in us like a dormant DNS segment, that we can methodically strengthen until it can neutralize, harness, control our inherently selfish, exploitative and hateful inclinations.

Of course, the true connections will need more than just a smile, as we will have to learn how to intensify, use the newly awakened program in us, and we will have to keep practicing the new, nature-like integration above and against the constantly resisting, protesting, fighting inherent ego in all of us.

This is why we need a unique educational method to achieve this unprecedented, evolutionary change in human development.
