Do we actually “live life”?!
Question from the Internet:
Would doing things thoroughly fully apply to all the good, bad, pleasant, unpleasant, positive, and negative?
I would say yes, but then many questions arise.
How do we know or define what good/bad, pleasant/unpleasant, positive/negative is? How do we know if we did things thoroughly or partially? How can we measure anything?
Do we have a precise, correct and objective perception of reality? Do we know who we are, what system we exist in, and what our goals and purposes are?
The answer to these questions is scary, and most people try ignoring it, escaping into blind and instinctive actions so we can keep our aimless, day-to-day actions going, living our pointless lives between involuntary birth and most involuntary death.
We can’t even say we actually “live life” until we gain a correct and objective perception of reality and learn who we are, what forces and desires motivate us and how we can adapt ourselves to the Natural system we exist in.
