Different ways of perceiving reality

Question from the Internet:

“What is more real, reality or your perception of that reality?”

This question is impossible to answer. “Reality” is what we perceive and whatever we perceive we consider “real”, truthful, after all “the judge has only what his eyes see”.

We know that our perception is egocentric and subjective, we know that what we perceive is basically a personal, 3D movie we project through our own individual, introverted qualities, filters.

There is a method which offers us the ability to reduce the inherently egocentric, subjective bias, distortion by teaching us how to perceive reality through the desires, thoughts and viewpoints of others, above and against the original egocentric, subjective vision.

Then in the contrast we come to sense, experience a reality which would be as close as possible to “reality as it is”.
