Defining reality

Question from the Internet:

“Can you define reality without quoting wisdom that is not yours?”

I am not sure if it is possible to define reality without “wisdom that is not mine” as I do not even know what is “mine” and what is “not mine”.

Do we know where our thoughts, knowledge comes from? Do we create anything in ourselves “out of nothing without receiving it from somewhere else?

In very simple terms “reality” is what I feel, sense, I presume to exist in. But is this reality true, do I actually exist in anything? How can I know when we know that our consciousness, perception is 100% subjective, egocentric?

This is how far I can go without any “wisdom that is not mine”.

Now there is a wisdom — that is not mine — which states that we have a chance to find, reveal, sense reality “as it is”, if we liberate ourselves from our inherently distorted, false, egocentric, and subjective caves. We can gradually, practically acquire a totally selfless and thus objective perception, consciousness by entering, dissolving into the desires and viewpoints of others in unique conditions while completely forgetting about ourselves.

Then we can start understanding what “reality” truly is and how we need to exist there. But I still cannot tell you what it is as I haven’t reached it yet myself…
