Creating a single, “Nature-like” global Human nation

Question from the Internet:

“What is stopping humans from abandoning nation-states and form a global government?”

Our inherently egocentric, individualistic, and nationalistic nature. Moreover based on countless historic examples we also know that it is impossible to suppress, erase our individual, national identity, any such attempts draw only even fiercer individualism, nationalism.

On the other hand — as you suggested — we will need to become a “single nation”, a single, mutually responsible, mutually complementing humanity with a united, collective leadership, otherwise we will not survive in Nature’s fully integrated and interdependent system which is putting increasing pressure on us to adapt humanity to its laws of integration.

Thus we have no other option but to learn how to form the crucially necessary — Nature-like — global integration without suppressing, erasing any of our inherent characteristics qualities, uniqueness, but using everything p[purposefully for the life-saving integration.

This way we will build a unique, qualitatively much higher, living “Human mosaic”, where all inherent qualities, characteristics, both seemingly positive and negative will mutually complement each other, fueling a very different human development.
