Covid-19: Business as usual?!

The biggest question in relation to this is what do we consider “normal”?!
Was business, was our “old” socio-economic system normal?

Can we consider an unnatural, excessive, overproduction, overconsumption business model - which works on brainwashing, duping people into producing, consuming products, services the actually don’t need, that are harmful and we throw them away soon - normal?

Is it normal that we measure happiness, strength, progress and life in general with material possessions, GDP and stock market performance - while we all become more empty, depressed, hopeless and we destroy the natural environment at the same time?

Now, through the lockdowns all over the world we are going through an unprecedented, global, social experiment, ask of us living according to modern natural necessities, available resources. And most of us find that this is actually a normal life, a more satisfying, calmer life when we can finally focus on our families, each other, while we don’t miss at all the incessant media marketing, entertainment brainwash hurting is to “shop till drop”.

At the same time due to the reduced Human activity Nature’s system is recovering, many seemingly irreversible processes reversing, “lost”, long time unseen species of life-forms, animals re-emerging.

So your question is extremely valid! What should governments do to operate business normally?!

We already know what they are planning with their primed stimulus packages.

But is that really the “normal” we should aim for?!
