Controlling fate

“Is fate similar to the future controlling the present? Or is fate prediction of past experience projecting future?”

“Fate”, “destiny” means existing in a system, plan that is predetermined, where we do not have a choice about the starting point and end goal of our life, and even the stages we have to go through are also defined.

And we are actually existing in such a Natural evolutionary system, where our individual and collective “fate”, the developmental path is completely predetermined from start to finish.

So where is our free choice then?!

Our free choice is about learning, understanding the plan, and our own unique individual and collective role, purpose in it. Then we can prepare ourselves for each next stage in advance, aligning our own desires, inclinations with the plan.

Then instead of blindly, haplessly stumbling from state to state pushed by blows, suffering like a blind man progressing towards a goal one has no idea about, we can precede each step by our conscious, willing actions moving towards the next, already learned, understood state, turning a nightmarish development to a pleasant adventure where we realistically, tangibly feel as if we controlled the whole system with our fate in it.
