The Mistaken Sense of Independence

Most of us believe we have control over our own lives, especially when we become independent from our parents. We make plans, set goals, and live as though we are the architects of our own destiny. Even those who believe in an all-encompassing, omnipotent force governing reality tend to act as though they — or others — are in control of their lives. Similarly, those who trust science and nature’s laws often break or ignore these laws to suit their desires, even when they endanger their well-being.

What Is the Driving Force Behind Everything?

Few people stop to reflect on the deeper questions of life. Who created us? What keeps us alive? Why are we conscious one moment and lifeless the next? What drives nature’s cyclical changes and maintains the balance essential for life? Despite our progress in science, we still do not fully understand what fuels the universe or what propels evolution toward what appears to be a purposeful direction.

We hesitate to acknowledge that our thoughts, decisions, and actions are governed by blind instincts, with no real free choice involved. Our consciousness, rather than steering our actions, merely observes the events of our lives. If this is true, who or what is pulling the strings behind the scenes? What is the force that created us and guides us, and to what end?

A Chance to Attain Our Source

According to unique empirical natural scientists, who have studied nature’s deterministic system and humanity’s development, there is a single, omnipotent force that governs everything. This force plays us like puppets, driving us through instinctive desires and intentions toward a predetermined goal.

However, these same scientists explain that we also have the ability to research, understand, and communicate with this force. We can become equal partners with it while still alive in this world. By adopting a practical and scientific method, we can go beyond blind belief and attain a deeper understanding of this force.

Why Don’t We Seek to Understand Our Source?

It is surprising how few people are genuinely interested in exploring their relationship with this singular force. If such a force exists, wouldn’t we want to know it, to understand what it expects from us?

There are several reasons why people resist this idea. First, our ego, which drives our sense of individuality, rejects the notion that we are not in control. Nobody wants to admit they are a puppet with no free will. Even those who acknowledge the existence of a higher power cling to the idea of free choice.

The idea that our lives are preordained, like characters in a movie, evokes a sense of shock and disbelief — much like Neo’s experience in “The Matrix” when he learned that his life was nothing more than an illusion.

Even if we come to accept this reality, the prospect of engaging in a method that requires us to annul our ego — our core sense of self — is daunting. We cling to our egocentric, self-serving existence, even though it leads to emptiness and dissatisfaction. The thought of giving up our desires and transitioning to a selfless existence is enough to make most people retreat into their comfortable routines.

What Does It Mean to Be “Truly Human”?

We must recognize that we have the potential for a much higher existence — one that transcends our current, limited sense of self. The term “Human,” or “Adam” in Hebrew, originates from the word “similar,” referring to our ability to become similar to the single force that governs reality. By developing this similarity, we can attain a higher perception of life that elevates us above time, space, and physical limitations.

We are emotional beings who exist through our desires and intentions. Our intellect serves to facilitate these emotional processes. Through the right method, we can develop a higher consciousness and intellect that allows us to experience life on a more profound level, one that is independent of our physical existence.

The Invitation to Begin Human Development

Those who can accept that they are simply puppets in a cosmic play, driven by a single force, and who are willing to disconnect from their egocentric selves can embark on a unique developmental process. This process will give birth to a new “truly Human” self that exists through emotions and intentions beyond the physical world.

Interestingly, the desire to begin this process is not a conscious choice. Those who feel compelled to embark on this journey are “activated” by nature’s evolutionary force. This process is predetermined, and at a certain point, this dormant desire within us is awakened, pushing us toward development.

Attainment Through Similarity

The scientists who have already gone through this process and attained partnership with the single force provided us with a method to achieve this as well. The core of this method is to become similar to the force that created and governs reality. Just as in life, we must find common ground with others to understand them. Likewise, to understand and connect with this force, we must develop qualities that resemble it.

When we tune ourselves to the same “frequency” as this force, we will begin to feel and understand it. We will never “see” the force itself, but we will feel it through the qualities we develop within ourselves. These qualities are not inherent; they are installed in us by the force as we grow more similar to it.

Reaching Similarity from Opposition

The core qualities of this single force are selfless love and unconditional bestowal. It is these qualities that create and sustain life. To become similar to the force, we must develop the same attributes. However, we are born with 100% selfish, egocentric qualities, which drive us to act at the expense of others.

To reach similarity with the force, we must develop selfless love and bestowal above and against our inherent nature. This is no easy task, as we are the complete opposite of the qualities we seek to acquire.

The Laboratory of Development

To develop these qualities, we need an environment where we can practice mutual love and bestowal. This is why the method requires a group of dedicated individuals working together to achieve these new qualities. As they work towards mutual love and bestowal, they begin to feel their egos resisting, pulling them back to selfishness.

This is the point at which true free choice arises. They can choose to continue with their selfish nature or to nullify it in favor of acquiring the “godly” qualities of love and bestowal.

Hanging Between Heaven and Earth

As individuals progress, they begin to experience a unique state of existence. They have not yet achieved full love and bestowal, but they have distanced themselves from their harmful egos. In this state, they feel as though they are “hanging between heaven and earth,” liberated from the control of their ego but not yet fully aligned with the force.

In this stage, they feel a sense of purity and transparency, where they neither need nor want anything for themselves. They are content simply to be without causing harm to others. Yet, the desire for deeper connection with the force pushes them to continue their development.

Starting to Truly Love

To reach the next level, they must work even harder to use their desires for the benefit of others. This requires greater control over their egos, ensuring that all actions are driven by the intention to bestow upon others. As they succeed, they become like a transparent pipeline, passing everything they receive to others.

At this point, they begin to feel the force working through them, as if they are one with it. They experience love for others, and through this love, they “fall in love” with the force itself.

Falling in Love with Love

As their love for the force deepens, they become willing to surrender completely, dissolving into the force with no trace of their previous ego remaining. Yet, the ego serves as a necessary contrast, allowing them to maintain an independent perspective and continue their research into the nature of this force.

Through mutual love, they achieve a state of balance, constantly pushing themselves to love more while fearing their egos’ return. In this way, they continue to evolve, becoming true partners with the force that governs all of reality.
