Choosing the pioneers to rebuild Humanity

“If you could pick 100 people to rebuild civilization, far away from any other humans on Earth, what kind/types of people would you select?”
First of all you would need people who understand why our present Human civilization is in decline, why we have been stumbling through history from one vicious cycles to another.
These people would need to possess the right method which can explain the fundamental incompatibility between the inherently egotistic, subjective, self-serving, exploitative Human nature and Nature’s fully integrated, interdependent system.
And of course this method also needs to contain the tools and practical methodology to resolve this conflict and help people to achieve compatibility with Nature by changing themselves.
Even more importantly I would only choose people who would refuse to leave the rest of Humanity to collapse, descend into chaos while they are building a better civilization for themselves.
I would only choose such pioneers, who are building a new Human society as a positive template, “rescue boat” through which the whole Humanity can find the right, safe passage from our present, self-destructive civilization to a new, qualitatively much higher, safer, equal and sustainable Human civilization.
Other than that there are no more requirement. The more different, diverse these people are, the more seemingly they are incompatible with each other the better the method works, as it facilitates connection, unity, cooperation above, despite everything that could potentially separate, reject people from each other.
