Changing a millennia-long human practice

Question from the Internet:

“What human practice has remained the same for centuries?”

For millennia we have been following the same practice until today: living life driven by our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and subjective nature.

Knowingly, unknowingly our life is about ruthless competition, success and survival at the expense of others and Nature.

This is how we are born, we do not know any other “modus operandi”, this is how Nature’s evolution “created” us.

On the other hand, we also have a unique Human intellect — we haven’t used so far at all — that is capable of critical self-assessment, helping us to recognize and accept the root cause of all our problems within us.

Then with the help of the same unique Human intellect, we can also start an unprecedented, conscious, purposeful and methodical Human development towards compatibility with Nature’s mutually integrated system above and against our instinctive inner program. We can methodically learn how to harness Nature’s evolutionary forces — driving the whole system towards the most optimal mutual integration above diversity — and change ourselves with the help of such natural forces.

Then, with the help of the acquired contrast between our original and upgraded nature, inner program, we will reach our unique, unparalleled Human role, purpose in Nature: being the system’s only conscious, integrated but also independent observers and partners.
