Can NATO and the UN guarantee peace?

Question from the Internet:

“If NATO and the UN can’t maintain peace, what can the world do to have peace?”

NATO is an aggressive organization interested in war, and as we can see from the Ukraine example successfully inciting war.

The UN is a puppet organization in the hands of the most powerful nations that are only interested in pressing on with their own, aggressive and expansive plans and aspirations.

Of course, they can’t create or maintain peace. Besides, as we can see again from the Ukraine example, at this stage the US single-handedly incites, organizes and manages wars — usually far away from its own territory in order to weaken others and benefit from arms sales and the geopolitical situations, sacrificing anything and anybody for that purpose.

But if it was not for the US — and soon it might be other nations or organizations taking over that role — anybody else with the necessary power and control would do the same.

We are all born with an inherently “warmongering”, fiercely individualistic and nationalistic nature and we all make calculations and act at the expense of others through conflicts and ruthless competition.

There is no peace because we are all born for conflict and war. We only want peace when it serves our selfish interest and when we have the opportunity to press on with conflict and war as that serves our interest better.

If we truly want peace, then, first of all, we would need to recognize the destructive inherent qualities and aspirations in ourselves. Then — through the right, purposeful and practical educational method — we could learn how to build positive, constructive, sustainable and mutually responsible connections and mutually complementing cooperation with others above and against our instinctive nature and attitude.
