Being good means taking care of others
Question from the Internet:
“How can I be a good person and also take care of others one day?”
Being a good person and taking care of others is one and the same.
It is not easy to become a “truly good person”, as by default we are all born with a completely subjective, egocentric, individualistic personality, inner program which makes all calculations only for the sake of our own self.
Thus we need a unique, purposeful, and practical educational method that can teach us how to start taking care of others the same way we instinctively take care of ourselves. This education can gradually teach us, make us feel, that we are actually all intricately interconnected, we all depend on each other like cells of the same living body.
As a result — when we already feel this “viscerally” — we will fully accept that the wellbeing of others, the happy, successful existence of others is the same, is intertwined with my own individual wellbeing, happiness and success.
Then by mutually taking care of each other as if we would be taking care of ourselves, we will all become “good persons” — not according to some arbitrary human morality, but according to the laws of Nature that define and govern integral living systems.
